Sightron 1 question

I have an early s1 scope. 4x16 with ao and mildot reticle. Looking through the scope targets are some what fuzzy, poor resolution. When I set the parallax after a couple of shots parallax needs to be adjusted again. I talked with someone sightron and was told that that was not possible. Asking people with experience with s1 scopes is mine defective or is this the norm?

Doesn't sound normal to me.
No issues like that with my 4-12X40 SI Field Target.

Give Sightron a call and arrange to send it in to them.
