I just sent a e-mail to Sierra Bullets and asked why there none(almost) of their bullets for sale in US but when I checked 10 gun shops in in Sidney Au. (that sells reloading equipment) that they had Sierra bullets and "how many boxes did I want". I checked Brownells site and they have 90 different for sale in US and almost 500 for sale "out side of US". I recommended that they might think about moving their operation out of US if their customer base is not here.

I guess the other countries are not scooping them up and stock can build up.

I just read where they are going to keep them there until fall!!! WTF!! It does make one wonder if that is the reason. If they do go after guns they will probably need more than guard troops there!!! Like a friend at work said, "If they think they had issues with morgue space because of Covid wait until they try taking guns from the American people"!!!

Nobody has done anything since 1934. I dont see em starting anytime soon

The Australians aren’t buying everything in sight, like we are. Hence, things look normal there. Simple.

OK. How does that relate to the current shortages?

Everybody knows that so theyre stocking up

I think there will be a lag in where the shortages hit in terms of component supply.

In the UK we are starting to see shortages as stuff isn't being shipped out of the US and when importers usually bring supplies they do it in big batches - so the last big set of orders has been sold and stock is hard to get.

I very much doubt overseas orders are being prioritised over US ones.

Well its good news for me. My local gun shops have sold out of 183s, so if Sydney gun shops , 90 minutes away have some, sounds good to me.
