They sell 2nds by the pound. Not a box of 100. Got some a few years back. Tommy McAnyone ever get to the Sierra outlet store in MO? Sure wish they would ship because I like to try some of their 2nds and overstock bullets. Cheers
So by my calculations a pound of #1530’s would be about 82 bullets. They sell 2nds by the pound. Not a box of 100. Got some a few years back. Tommy Mc
The daily limit per bullet type is 100 pounds… total daily limit is 300 pounds! See attached link…So by my calculations a pound of #1530’s would be about 82 bullets.

Agreed. I live in the area and I don't think the prices are that good either.I will say I have never walked away from there thinking I got a good deal
Thats kinda why I started this thread! Maybe a road trip?Man wish I knew someone that lives there and could ship me some
That would be $125+ and tax for 500 of the 107 SMK. Decent price then if you liked them. Here is a link to the page with the price list. Go to the page and download it. Yes you should call ahead and see what they have. Was visiting some family in Missouri in March and stopped in and purchased some 6mm 107s. I have shot there seconds many times over the years and can’t tell the difference, been there about 3 times over the years. The list tells you how many bullets there are per pound per type, and the cost per pound, Dave

your right about that price and PV price is 191 for 500 1st run (if they had them). so you would save 66.00 on 500 or around 15 cents per. I dont think i wanna use up my components on any seconds anymore either. I always wondered why there are so many seconds bullets out there. Sometimes i think they just run them and call them seconds. now if they have “seconds” in stock i cant get anywhere else ——-well then mabieThat would be $125+ and tax for 500 of the 107 SMK. I have no fashion sense and think I could design a better looking line of clothing and hats than what they have been offering.
yes i was gonna say they would be a good deal for general blasting but with the cost of components these days the only general blasting i do is either with 22lr or pistolsI went there in June this year. I bought some 308 target and plinker bullets. In the past I bought some plastic tipped 6mm, lots of 224 and 308. I love the 155 Palma as a second. I also like the weird crown tipped 135 308 BL bullet...I use it for 308 Win groundhogs. I think it would make a GREAT coyote whacker.
When I was there in June 2022 I was told that they were doing inventory the next day and then a LARGE well known distributor was buying all stock, so "we will be low on inventory for a while".
I use these 2nds for AR shooting and short range hunting. No issues, if you are careful to look at each bullet.
The plastic tipped ones are almost always a tip issue. I yank the tip and shoot it as a HP.
The observation that these bullets are not a great value is true until you realize you can't buy firsts anymore at $12 a hundred for 224 varmint bullets. Then they suddenly become attractive when you use them for general blasting and can accept hunting accuracy at reasonable ranges.
