I’ve been looking for one for the last few months, several places have them in stock now including Sierra which was the cheapest price I found. I didn’t look too hard though, here’s a link in case you’ve been looking too.

I sure like mine, it covers my 6x47 Lapua. The manual covers the new IMR Enduron lines plus Reloder 16 and such as well. Good info on the Creedmoor caliber’s too.
I just picked up the new Hornady manual and got a few things helpful for me out of it, but it sure doesn’t cover the biggest array of powders though.
If a person is on a budget, the annual Hodgdon reloading manual that comes out every year is pretty resourceful.

Let me know which is better, the app or the manual. The app covers all of the calibers I have, so.... Another manual on the shelf doesn't hurt but does take up room. LOL

Picked one up, recently, myself. As you say, several places seem to have gotten a shipment of at least a few units, lately.
