I called Eric for info about a tuner and he took my call while on a fishing trip vacation and took the time to answer all my questions. I then ordered a tuner over the internet on Sunday evening. Monday morning came around and I had not given caliber any consideration. I called Eric and he retrieved my package from the mail, corrected my mistake and resent my tuner the same day. Two days later I received my tuner and to my surprise the threads did not match the threads on my my barrel. I had made the mistake of assuming the thread pitch without actually checking. I called Eric and he said to return it and he would apply a refund which was all done in three days. It was as if I had went out of my way to test his good nature and all he said was we all make mistakes and laughed. This is customer service, deserved or not. BTW the tuner looked great.
