I would like to let everyone know about the great customer service I received from Northland Shooter Supply.
I called in my order as all orders are by phone only, and received no answer. So I began rendering some pork lard (cooking bacon) and got a call back. I placed my order and hung up. When the package was getting packed the gentleman packing it thought one of the items seemed wrong or out of place with the others so he called me to verify the item. I had ordered action wrench but since I was distracted cooking I did not specify which one I wanted. But he realize due to the order that I probably wanted the Zermatt action wrench and called to verify. That is awesome customer service. Instead of just packing what was on the sheet he took the time to verify what I had actually wanted. Saving me the hassle of the return and him restocking and reshipping the item.
