Shout out to Hornady

I want to give a shout out for in my opinion great customer service by Hornady.
Yesterday I was processing some brass and my case prep trio made a popping noise and quit working. I disassembled it and discovered the gear train had broke, all gears had shattered.
This morning I called explained what I saw and the young lady politely said not to worry, she was sorry for the machine breaking and said they would take care of it at no charge. They asked for name and zip, found me in the records she said parts will be shipped today. A min later i got notice of email for invoice with 0 due and it had a shipping notice.
I cant be happier and am very impressed.

I had the top support for the primer arm actuator break on my AP progressive press. I ended up bending and drilling a piece of 1/8" aluminum to support it so I could finish the batch of 45's I was working on, and e-mailed Hornady. Same experience as Phil; e-mail received with a 0 dollar order, and had the part in 2 days. The press is still running with the broken part and aluminum support piece, with the new part tucked away in a box labelled "press parts".
