I was given a Lock N Load powder dispenser for a present and it worked well since last December. Then the led started to flicker a lot and the buttons got lazy. I didn't use it constantly so I was a little surprised that it suddenly started acting funny. So I left it on continuously to keep it warmed up. It didn't help because if you touched a button it started acting up again. I sent it back after they gave me a return authorization number. They didn't seem to care that I didn't have a receipt,the end result is they sent me a new unit. Now that is standing behind your product. It may not be an rcbs but it will do for now.I am very happy to say the least.
