Just a quick shout out to the customer service I received from Adam with some programming issues I had. Non of them were the fault of the unit by the way. He responded quickly with some suggestions which resolved the issue. I have to say, I'm impressed with this thing! If your on the fence about it, do it! I should have sooner. It's going to make load development so much easier. Thanks Adam!

I just had a positive experience with them as well. The O-ring/drive belt on my version 1 auto trickler broke. After limping it along with rubber bands I contacted the company to find out what the correct size O-ring I should get. Adam's wife Laura (I think) said I could get them from McMaster-Carr, or if I don't mind waiting a few days, she would drop a few in the mail! I've had this unit since they were first introduced, and never expected to get several for free.
