Shout Out for AMP

I have an older Mk I AMP annealer that has been very reliable. It has the Aztec upgrade but not I'm not using the Ampmate. I recently saw that an October SW update allowed for an auto feature to be activated so that once a case is inserted the annealer just takes off without having to press the Start button every time.

Sounds good I thought so started the update process a couple of nights ago. Didn't go well and had some issues so I sent a note to the team at AMP. I got a speedy reply from Matt Findlay with suggestions to resolve the issue. When it still didn't work Matt and I exchanged 3-4 more emails all in about 3 hours. We got it working and I just wanted to point out the great customer service. Nice experience, particularly in these times.... Thanks Matt!

I had the same experience. You would have thought they were local with the fast responses from them rather than from far away in New Zealand. Top notch company.

Yes they are amazing to deal with. My first AMP Mate I bought had a small issue, two days later I had the part in the mail. Somehow they can get something from their place in NZ to the me in the US faster than I can send a letter to city next to me.
