Short Action Customs Modular Action Wrench for Kelbly Golden Bear

SAC doesn't list the head necessary for a Kelbly Golden Bear barrel removal. I called SAC and they didn't know either. I imagine the "Wall of Knowledge" on this site someone has to know what fits, or what other bolt/action is the same.
 
I believe the Golden bear is the same design as the panda but steel and Golden. If they don’t make a panda specific action wrench head the Remington 700 should work but might be a little bit loose. I would call Kelbly’s and confirm
