Shootting w/ muzzle break off the ground?

I`ve been thinking hard about useing a muzzle break on my 7saum for longrange varmint shootin but I dont use a bench and only shoot from the ground off a bipod. My question is just how much more acurate are the breaks w/ holes all around and would useing the ones w/ only side ports be worth it? The only gun I ever shoot with a break was a sporter 338rum off a bench and it was fun to shoot but I dont think it would be so great off the ground. Please help me pick one!

I have both types on my 7mmSAUMI's and the Harrells with 360 degree spaced holes seems to shoot better than the Holland with the side ports. I think the air movement out of a break with 360 degree holes has a little to do with the accuracy, but it sure isn't carved in stone...
if it's going to be a problem in dusty conditions use a tarp out in front...

I have three side port brakes and one radial style brake. I have found NO difference accuracy. If you are shooting prone the side port brake is the obvious choice.
The side port brakes I have used were made by Straight Shot Gunsmithing
