I'm not sure where this belongs but.......
has anyone shot at 100 yards and put the bull at the bottom of the paper then shot using that as the zero and then moved the poi up counting the clicks and shooting after a few clicks moving the poi to the top of the paper checked the ballistic table against the actuall target to see where the impact would be for 200 300 400 500 600 etc....
i'm probably not very clear but it worked for a 223 shooting 55 grain bullits...
i worked it up then shot the actual distances and they were really close.... for someone that doesn't have long ranges to shoot i think it would work......i might try to get some pics tomorrow if it will quit snowing here to illustrate what i mean.
