I use BAT VR Repeater for all my match rifles, for flexibility of use as in my part of the World we have a limit nunber of guns we can have. But I do use a single shot block to ease the loading and spare a few ounces taking out the magazine spring, box and follower.
With these rifles I won Full Bore Mid Range Team, 3rd Place Full Bore Mid Range Individual and a couple Matches on last years of US Nationals F-Class Long and Mid Range as well as US Soutwest F-Class Nationals.
The main diference I see is the coned bolt head of the single shot actions.
Otherwise, the rifles are very, very precise... around 0,35 MOA.
But, for a shooter living in the US, I would not think twice: I would go straight for a Single Shot Custom action. It is easier to shoot, easier to build a rifle, potentially more precise (rigidity, more tenon, coned bolt etc) and it will retain the action value for a long, long periodo of time, if you decide to seel it.
