Depends on "how often" you plan to use it. Once in a while? All the time? Got one that gets out of the bag maybe once a year. 
If you want to spend $500.00+, get the top of the line. If you'll only use it "once in a while" just to see how fast you can push your bullets, get a lower priced one and spend your $$ on bullets, powder and primers.
A bug hole is a bug hole no matter how fast or how slow the bullet takes to get there. You don't have to be fast to be accurate. JMHO.

+1 to the CED M2. My first choice would have been the Oehler 35p, but seeing as how they no longer manufacture that product, IMHO the CED M2 is the next best choice.
