I have been looking for one of these for a few months, hard to find here in po dunk KY till last week or so. I had fooled with one 6ARC and it was a AR I put together for a buddy to coyote hunt and shooting 87 gr V max we were done with the first load of H335 as it was shooting sub 1/2' 3 shot groups. I picked one up at my LGS and got it home. I cleaned out the barrel and it needed it. I took the gun apart and did the standard Youtube trigger job on it, got it down to just under #2, consistently. This involves taking the eclip off of the trigger pin, removing both trigger pieces still held together, and cutting 4-5 coils of the spring and reinstalling it. Takes about 10 minutes tops. I loaded right at max level charge of H335 in new Starline brass under some Stark 70 moly match HPs with some older Remington small rifle benchrest primers. I put a 4x12x40 Vortex Sonora on it because I have had good luck with them. Two shots at 25 yds was close then went to 100 and as expected it was 3" hi,1" left. I clicked it down and shot 4 or 5 shots getting it dead on. Then I went to a one inch black square and put the crosshair on the top right corner, and shot the first 5 shot groups. Dang tight and was easily around .380 or so I thought, and shot another group on the left hand corner. I took my time and this was a little tighter. I only had 2 rounds left as that was all I had loaded so I stopped and pulled the target. First group center to center was .303, the second one was .285. For a rifle and scope combo costing under $700 bucks and the first load I tried out of the gate, I was tickled to death. I believe this cartridge will shoot anything good that works in a PPC. I loaded the rest of the 50 rounds of brass I had left and reloaded what I had shot. I believe this rifle will only get better as the barrel gets broken in. Whatever Ruger did when the retooled the line and started making these Gen 2 rifles is working. I have one in .204 and it shoots in the low .2'swith a 40 gr handload, and I have shot 3 more of them, that all shoot sub 1/2" with a good handload. I shoot everyday but Sunday since retirement/disability after having 3 strokes in one day a few years back but believe as a whole I am shooting better now than ever before, took a couple of years of self rehab to get back to shooting decent. Thought I would share.
