Shipping Rules for Primed Cartridge Brass?

i would like to have the brass, i shoot 223 as a benchrest round, i know that sounds funny, but i do. i have 3 heavy rifles, a nesika bay with a 3 groove lilja barrel, a witchita 1200 with a hart barrel and an old savage single shot from the late 60s with a criterian 9 twist barrel. while i hate to waste anything if it comes down to it ,put brass in water over night and deprime it. i have been unable to get premiumn brass for some time now,so 300 primers is a small price to pay. let me know what you decide,tell what price you want. this should last me the rest of my life as i am 67. oh, one last thing, i promise to never let your prepped brass touch the ground.

It's not supose to per USPS Regulations as they are "ammunition" by definition:
