Shipping primers

2 weeks ago, I ordered 5k CCI-41 primers from DSArms.com. They are big on FN FAL manufacturing.
I just received my case of primer, delivered by UPS (ground) packed in another box, shipping label from DSArms and nothing else. No Haz-Mat label or any of the usual legally required labels.
Also when I found the primer on their site, it said “Haz-Mat fee included in price”. Does that mean if someone order 3 cases of primer, he gets charged 3 Haz-Mat fee.
This is crazy.

That's a huge, stupid risk for them to take. . .

i think they were riding dirty with these. I bought the same thing after an hour of their website games and noticed no hazmat paperwork as my orers have had in the past from others.
