Shilen select match 6BR Remington barrel. Shilen 7 taper Light Varmint 23.5 inch, 14 twist, fitted for a trued Remington 700 with a 3/8 lug. .260 neck diameter. Aproximately 800 rounds fired and is a good shooting barrel. Bore scope photos are from the lead, 1 inch ahead of the chamber and finally, mid barrel. $225 plus actual shipping to your zip. Great bore pics. What’s your cleaning regimine?

I usually use Wipe Out with the Iosso nylon brushes. With an occasional treatment of Iosso bore cleaner on a patch. It's worked for me for quite a few years and quite a few barrels.

Threads are .010 over as it sets. I can thread it to fit a standard thread action.

That is the clearest bore scope I have ever seen, what brand is it if you don't mind me asking.

It’s the big bucks Teslong. I think I gave $80 for it. All kidding aside, I do have it focused about as well as it can be. That and it’s a very clean barrel.

I was referring to setting it up and chasing the threads on the existing tenon. You seem to be thinking of shortening the barrel which would require a complete recharmber. Thanks anyhow for your interest.

Just curious was powder it was shot with mostly? Looks nice.

Winchester 748. Out of the ordinary as far as commonly used powders for the BR case, but it shot dots with a GENEROUS amount of it.
