Shilen DGV long barrelled action; not stocked. $1000.00

New barrelled action I bought in 2016 and never did anything with. See pictures for original build sheet and action; barrel is still wrapped in newsprint just as I received it. Shipping is not included in $1000.00 price and I'd prefer not to sell to restricted states unless receiving FFL can handle the paperwork necessary. I tried listing this last spring less photos with negative results but have now learned the process. I apologize for any previous misunderstandings. This was listed until last month on GB and I've been watching it but surgery derailed me. Yes interested.
What chamber was cut? Looks like turned neck and longer freebore?
 
I pulled it from GB when I listed it here. Probably won't re-list on GB in the near future. As to turned neck; yes/ but I do not remember freebore. I sent dummy rounds to Shilen with SMK's seated and I have the dummies but don't recall the details. I can check OAL if anyone is truly interested...
 
Surely would like to sell this but if no further interest I'll put it back in the safe for another 7 years and let the kids get rid of it.
