SELLING Shilen 20 Caliber 9 Twist Blank

Overall length is 26". Marked Shilen XX 20 9 Twist _LV. I can't make out the first letter before the L. It's a step taper barrel. Measures 1.24 at breach for 4". Then steps down to 1.10" and tapers to 0.855" at muzzle.
Last time I'm listing it.
