Its a go for 2024 The Sharpshooter Showdown 2024 returns to the Red White and Blue Gun Range Tennille Ga February 10th and 11th 2024.

Short run down we will shoot 3 targets at 600 and 3 targets at 1000 plus a 600 yard shoot off as well as the 1000 yard shoot off we will not be doing the 100 yard targets at 300 yards this year it didn't really show the challenge that the 600 and 1000 yards did so we increase the target count at 600 and 1000.
We will be doing 2 classes this year

22lb class $4000.00 to win (purse will increase 2nd and 3rd positions after 40 entries.)

Tactical Class $1000.00 to win (purse will increase after 25 entries 1st 2nd and 3rd)

600 yard targets will be Freedom Bench rest targets and 1000 will be a custom target we used last year.

After talking with all the supporters the Kauger family and sponsors of the Sharpshooter Showdown we have change the name to The Sharpshooter Showdown In Memory of Laura Kauger.
Laura was a big part in the Southern Hospitality you get when you come to the RWB. Her Smile alone was just a joyful experience. She always brought something absolutely great for all of us to snack on .But mostly her Love for each and every person that came to a match or bought a Kauger action her joyful sapirit and her love of the shooting community will forever be missed.
Our thoughts and prayers are still withTim ,Alex and the entire Kauger family .

Just got some more Great news for the Sharpshooter Showdown .
Larry Archer of Archer Custom Rifles is going to donate a Brand New 6br rifle to be raffled of at the Sharpshooter Showdown
It will be a Kauger BR3 action on Archer Long Range Stock chambered in straight 6BR.
Thank You Larry it amazes me how you and many others support our efforts at The RWB where Southern hospitality and Benchrest shooting come together for nothing short of a Grand Ol Time.
We will have more information coming out on this in the next few days.
