"Selling","Wanted" & "Sold" Tags for Ads

I belong to all kinds of selling forums with no problems, but I can't figure this one out here. Forgive me in advance if it's something simple I'm just not seeing.

Please explain in detail where I can find the controls to choose the green "Selling" box, the purple "Wanted" box, or the red "Sold" box. I have clicked in and out of everywhere on my control panel and dashboards it seems to no avail.

They are under "Thread Tools" near the top right of the screen. Just click on it and you will see a drop down menu. Select "Edit Title".
