SOLD Sell Or Partial Trade Remington 722 6 BR

Hello,

I have for sale a Remington 722. It sits in a Tracker stock and is nicely pillar bedded and in excellent condition. Barrel is a Kreiger 27 1/2" long. Not sure what taper it is but it measures .75" at the muzzle and 1.2" at the breech. Trigger is a Timney that measures 6 ounces and feels like less very clean break. It's a very accurate rifle in 6 BR with a no turn neck. Will include some brass to get you started.

The bolt has a Sako extractor and has had the firing pin bushed. I had no idea of this but a fellow shooter helped me recognise these. Good stuff to know.

The only trade I'd consider would be a Ruger GP100 pistol. Either blued or stainless with a 4" barrel.

I want 900 (just lowered the price from 1200) I'm open to offers as well for the rifle and I'll split the shipping with you. If you have the pistol I'm looking for I'll give 600 for it. That seems to be the going price for this pistol. I've decided that I would also consider a partial trade for a higher end 22 or 17 HMR rifle.

Not for sure. The rifle belonged to a very close friend of mine and was used only once on a praire dog hunt. A top gunsmith in our area installed the barrel.

That appears to be what looks like a Baby Tracker, and was the near-perfect stock for shooting varmints when shooting from a table top/bench.

Just used the cleaning rod technique and it came out about 1 to 11, LOP 14 1/2". I also just updated my post. Seems I missed an item or two.

Well there doesen't seem to be much interest in this rifle. So I'm going to lower the price another 100.00 dollars and see if I can find an interested person. Also I would consider a higher end 22 caliber rifle for trade in for a way to get the price lower for anyone who might be interested.

The rifle is currently a single shot. It has a single shot adapter in the magazine well.
