Seek Info on Hall M or S Actions

Good morning! Tell me a little about Hall M or S Actions. There is not much out there on them as they seem to not be made anymore.

Are they smooth? precisely machined? Capable of being competitive? Do they share Remington internals or is everything exclusive? Do they use the Rem 700 pattern trigger? Are the triggers removable without pulling the action?

Basically, I’m looking at used BR rifles again and see a lot of these.....usually priced about the same as older Shilen Actions and a bit more that trued Rem action. Looking at RB/RP, if it matters.

Allan talked with my for 1/2 an hour and was a wealth of info, and a super nice guy. i tried to buy a set of his rings and he steered my to Burris signature Z rings. Call Alan you will be glad you did.

I have three Hall actions. One S and two M's with two PPC and one a BRX. The bolt pattern is different than Remy and bolts are larger diameter. Actions have trigger shoes and accept any Remy style trigger. Very good actions and smooth. Bolts are coned and usually need a little bolt grease.
