Keith. Sebastian made 2 different lengths of legs for your rest. The first one is just a hair short of 2&1/2" the other is a hair over 4". I bought a set of the shorter ones from Ernie Bishop out of WY. Give Ernie a call at 307-257-7431.My rest is in storage so I can't get the dimensions of the threaded legs on my original Seb rest. I'd like to replace the one that someone has shortened. Any help appreciated.
Keith
It's the same as the short ones that you have only longer.Jim, do you know the diameter & thread pitch? I’m going to make my own.
Thank you!My rests have metric threads.
M10x1.5 (coarse) on the old/original SEB rest.
M12x1.75 (coarse) on the NEO/MAX/Mini.

I have owned 5 of Sebastian's original Coax rests and all but one came with the shorter legs.which ones are more popular? long or short? Thx
The shorter ones most of the time. I took the longer ones with me when I went down to shoot at Ashe County, NC and it was a good thing that I did. It was the 1st time shooting there and the range goes up hill. The original Seb Coax doesn't have the up travel that the NEO has. I had it adjusted all the way up and I had to have the long legs all the way up for the most part. If I had brought the short legs, I couldn't have gotten enough height. I know now that if I ever shoot at that range the Seb Coax stays home.Jim which ones do you prefer?
Which club is that.. the only one that i have ever shot at, there was the 300 yard walk up at the Watauga Gun Club in Boone NCThe shorter ones most of the time. Ashe County Wildlife Club, Laurel Springs. ET Weaver is the match Director at that club. It's at the top of a mountain. Jerry Powers leveled it. He did it with his own equipment. I forget how may tens of thousands of yards of gravel that he moved but it was a massive undertaking.Which club is that.. the only one that i have ever shot at, there was the 300 yard walk up at the Watauga Gun Club in Boone NC
