Seb Neo-X vs Mini-X minimum height

Just wondering if anyone here is lucky or privileged enough to have both and can tell me the minimum height for both rests?

Minimum height, counts from the bottom of the base to the top of front bag (filled properly):
Mini-X approx 6.3"
Neo-X approx 5.3"

On my mini I added a washer as a spacer to raise the elevation wheel up and away from the leg height adjustment knobs. My recollection is that this reduced the overall minimum height by allowing the legs to angle further upward.

Good idea, I hate that the wheel rubs on both my mini and my Mini x
