Seb Neo leaking sand

Anyone having this issue with their Seb Neo rest? My side ears on the rest that captures the fore arm of my rifle leaks sand. I’m thinking too fine of sand.

Mine leaked around the plugs. I put a piece of tape over the plugs to prevent leaking.
