What's the story with responsiveness at SEB? I e-mailed SEB twice during last 2 weeks re my order for Joypod X and no response. Is it normal or do I have just a bad luck?

I placed an order for a mini x I believe in feb and was told it takes 6-9 months

I will start to ship some Mini-X to Ernie from next week.
