No doubt there are benefits to using a custom sizing die and I agree with that...what about a custom seater die? Years ago German S. had a nice write up about seating dies and the most concentric rounds he made was with a Redding pro micro top die. It beat out the Wilson chamber style seater. I need to order a custom sizing die for a new dasher and debating to get the sizer or stick with the Wilson...Have serval press co ax, Arbor etc so no issues there.

The Forster microseater dies are very good. I have Redding also. My old eyes have problems with the very close together hashmarks on the reddings, but Forster's are widely apart and easier to see. Also with Forster, if you stay with the same caliber, you can order a seating sleeve for another cartridge and change them...ex 22BR and 223 and 22-250 all using the same microseater die. Whidden custom dies are very similar to Forster's but he won't sell a seater sleeve separately. Forster seating sleeves will however fit whidden's microseater which also has large hashmarks and are easy to see.
