Seater stem for Redding 6.5-284 Standard or Long

Can anyone verify which Redding VLD seater stem I need for the Redding Type S die set with completion seater. Sinclair shows a standard VLD stem 55726, or a Long VLD seater steam 55746. I remember I had to get different ones for my 284 and 7rem.

I would like to know if there is a chart I could look at to find this or if your just supposed to know. I'd like to print it off for later down the road.
