scope smiths?

Have a NEW T36 not tracking... left and right

Anyone have luck by just sending it in for warranty work,don't want the same problem to come back and bite me in a match!

So where can i send it, to do some upgrade work. Have the knobs put on to hold zero once attained.,lock the reticle)
