Scope question

I have a sightron 10-50x60 scope sitting on a 20moa murphy base and still have 18 moa down left in scope, any other scope placed on this rifle is usually 2 moa from being bottomed out. IOR, Vortex all the same except this one. Is there anyway I can get some of that back for more elevation without going to a 30moa rail. shooting 215 bergers in .308 so need all the up I can get have 38moa up left right now. Looks like I will need 36 moa to get to 1000yds thanks.

I like Burris "Signature Zee" rings, with the plastic inserts.

With these, I have all of my scopes set so that the 100 yard zero is at the bottom of the elevation adjustment, and I get to use all of the "up".

Yup... I have them on long distance varmint rifles - they don't move... and they can't mark or scratch your scope tube, either.

I have them on a Winchester M-70 Featherweight in 30-06 (ouch), and the scope does not move.

I use them on 5 varmint rifles for 10+ years and they have never moved yet.Last year on a light 300 win mag the scope moved after 5 or 6 shots so I don't use them on that caliber rifle anymore.With the price of scopes these days it pays to keep your scopes in good condition.

I use the Signature rings on a .338 Lapua mag and they haven't moved - it does weigh over 19lbs with the sope and bipod. 8)
