Sold-Reluctantly placing more nice stuff up for sale here where it can be appreciated and go to a new home. My sales are helping to pay for out of pocket expenses for a move 3 states and 1,000+ miles away.
I present my early HS precision-built Remington 700 custom in .338 Win Mag for your interest.
Features:
1. Jewell trigger with bolt stop and safety, currently in the 1 lb+ range, wonderful triggers as always, and installed by HS
2. HS installed fluted 26”( including the brake)barrel and HS muzzle brake
3. Trued action
4. Epoxy bedded into HS stock with upgrade Allen-head action screws
5. Fully updated brand-new Ceracoating job in Sniper Gray to replace worn original coating from HS
6. Bolt has the Sako extractor as installed by HS
7. Unknown scope rail installed by HS, I believe it is 0MOA. Has 8-40 screws in front, 6-48 in rear bridge.
8. Very few rounds fired, probably less than 100. Barrel looks brand new in throat and rifling
9. Gun weighs 10.2lbs, so you can use it for long range hunting or target.
10. Includes some brass (30 pieces)and some loaded ammo(35) and a set of RCBS dies.
11. Newly added on 8/10/24 - Includes Harris 1A2 bipod, pictures in third post down.
12. Newly added on 8/11/24- now Includes ~300 bullets. 240 Hornady 250gr round noses, 40 Speer 275gr semi-spitzers, 6 Hornady spire point 250gr

Minor chips on the stock finish, and a little polish rub from the Harris Bypod on the forend.
