Thanks for the kind words! It helps being a competitive shooter and knowing folks all over the country - actually the world! Our phone calls usually end up being longer than we had planned after we had discussed every barrel, load, stock, etc. on the planet, which vets people pretty well! We sold over a thousand stocks and was only tried to be screwed twice- emphasis on "tried".

There's such a thing as being too cautious, you could scare her away. If you have reservations simply ask her to send the scope first, end of story. You're well known she isn't. These scammers have caused us all to overreact.

idea on paper: If I was a new seller coming onto a
board full of strangers, would I send anyone of you
a $$$$ item in advance of payment???

Yes it is. I have sent many items in advance of payment,
and likewise have received same. Look at the names and number of posts and their credibility rating on transactions.
That says a lot. If its a new member with a deal to good to be
