Savage Target Actions

I want to buy a Savage target action and a Shilen barrel chambered in 6.5x47, but dont know where I can buy a new action only.

Anyone know of any vendors where I could purchase directly?

Buy one from Sharpshooter Supply. They are not listed on the website but just send them an email or give them a call. They are already timed and trued, and cost less than if you bought an action elsewhere and then sent it to them to be timed and trued. You also save one trip through the mail/UPS.

If you cannot get one locally, definitely go with Jim Briggs and get the Shilen from him also. You will save big bucks, I did.
