I am joining this thread instead of starting another one. Here is a bad picture of an early 110. Can you guys tell if it is the 'newer' vintage that can be rebarreled easily. the ones made in the '60 were a different design. Forgive the bad picture quality.View attachment 1667890
Thank you friend.Same 110 as now really.
Thank you friend.
One of Brads 223 7 twist ISSF chamber barrels couple weeks back
80.5 Berger .020 out an easy load of 23.5 varget PMC brass fed 205 primer
This was best group in Ideal conditions zero wind--all the other groups were under 2 1/2 inch at 600
It also shoots great with the 80 SMK but not as good as the Berger
That's not a pre-66 110 which did have a unique bolt head, barrel, trigger group, and a few other things.I am joining this thread instead of starting another one. 2nd on Urbanrifleman as he fixed me up with a heavy Wilson barrel in 223 rem a 8 twist. It loves 80gr VLD and it shoots 85.5gr Berger very well too. Unless he got a reamer for the 22 arc in the past few months you may be out of luck with the 22 arc. But I do know he has one for the 22 xc and from what I understand they are shooters!Contact Brad at the Urbanrifleman or X-Caliber Barrels. I have 2 of Urbanrifleman barrels and one from X-Caliber, both are very accurate.
Looks like just about everything is available at Starline currently.https://www.starlinebrass.com/rifle-brass/Welcome aboard Junkie!
Looks like you are enjoying that new Shilen barrel. Looking forward to seeing your contribution to this forum now. You will also find it much easier to post pictures here as opposed to the other forum.
