Savage Model 11 22-250, Centerfeed Magizine

I am thinking about putting a 260 or 308 barrel on my 22-250.

Question: What modifications if any will the center-feed magazine need?

tweak the front of the feed lips out a little bit. the factory 22-250 mag has feed lips that are about 0.250" longer than the std short (0.308) mag.
