That's fine, I am not up on Savage rifles...what does a new one actually cost? If Savage is wanting $675 for just the stock, where does that leave the complete action with trigger and the barrel? Again, I am asking because I don't have a clue what they cost new. I do know that the actions have been gone over by someone in Ohio...looks like a different bolt knob than factory and the triggers are not the standard red blade triggers that I see on them...I actually shot one of the rifles the other day and the trigger was probably 1 or 2 oz.Hi !
I called and spoke with the gentleman that owns the rifles . I’m a little confused because he said they are both factory and used , but he’s asking higher than Brand New price for them . Of course I can’t do that . But thank you .
You can get a brand new one for about $1400. With a used one you have no idea how many rounds have been through it , how many owners it’s had . A used one goes for about a grand . I bought a used one 2 years ago off Gunbroker for $900 .That's fine, I am not up on Savage rifles...what does a new one actually cost? Not defending his price, just trying to gain some info for myself. Thanks
