Savage 93R Magazine problem?

I have a 93r in 17hmr that every since I have had it I have to press up on mag to get it to cycle a round, it hangs or jams if I dont press up. If I press up on bottom of mag its smooth as butter loading. Bought some new mags still hangs with new mags. Is there any known fix for this? Is it common in other 93r's? If I try to force it, it dents the case and jams.

I would look at the inletting on the stock and see if it needs a bit of work. Sounds like the mag is not seating deep enough to function properly.

Never mind found problem springs in mags backwards.
