I picked up a Savage 111 barreled action in 30-06 last year and decided to get it going. I have since found out that the magazines are quite difficult to find. Has anyone adapted another magazine to it? Or altered in any other way? I just Ackley improved it for elk season and I'd really like to hunt with it this year.
