Savage 111 LongRange Hunter 6.5x284/w scope reduced

I have a 6. 5 x 284 Savage long range hunter that I’ve only used for hunting so it doesn’t have a Lotta rounds through it could be around 200 as I’ve had it for four years. I’ve always had it sited in at 200 so every year I just verify That, this also has a 4 to 12 vortex and the target that you see was with factory rounds so I have not had to load for it 675.00 with the scope, as you can see it likes the 120 Nosler, the best as this was this year‘s verification target

The one on the gun is a crossfire and that one’s a 4 x 12 x 44 I also have another one that’s a 4 x 12 x 40 diamondback both of them have duplex crosshairs the crossfire is amazingly clear and it has a little bit more field of view and I think clear than the Diamondbacks and I have several Diamondbacks. This one is brand new. I put it on and then took it out and shot my verification target with it and I really liked it. And some thing that I didn’t put on the verification target because I use a different target. I had one more round left, and that one went dead center at 200 yards in the bull three years ago I shot a Whitetail at 422 yards with this gun and went about 20 yards and toppled over just giving you a little information on the gun. Everything except the barrel life. It is a great round with almost no recoil.

Yep you’re right but when you only shoot it for five times a year it last for a long time

Maybe, but if you take it Rockchuck hunting here in SW Idaho a dozen times a year (I'm retired) you might only get 5-6 seasons out of the factory barrel. Not that that is a bad thing. I've gotten lucky several times with my old one at half a mile.

What would the price be if you kept the scope?

reduced to 675 with the scope and I know that these run over $1000 brand new without the scope. thanks I wouldn’t be selling it if I didn’t have my eye on another 6 mm Creedmoor
