Sauer Barrels

Just recently i did some work on a Sauer barrel which i was very impressed with the quality. Particularly how it indicated, guaged, scoped, broke in, and accuracy was exceptional. This was the only barrel ive done from this manufacturer, are they just a product for Sauer or can you buy these direct? I believe the barrels used in Sauer rifles are made by Krupp.,not sure though) You can buy chambered/pre fitted barrels off Sauer for $1150.00AU.ouch

Can anyone help me with info about these barrels? etc
If so what is their reputation like as quality barrels?
,It may of been a one off barrel)
Do they make both Chrome Moly/Stainless barrels?
Im only interested in buying barrel blanks?
