Central Texas Silhouette Association (CTSA)
421 Range Road
New Braunfels, TX 78132

Time:

Please arrive no later than 8 am for registration & relay assignments, competition starts at 9 am and should be concluded at approximately 2 pm.

Match Fee:
$20 for Adults
$10 for Military
$10 for Juniors.

STMTC has a loaner Garand and AR15 available for competitors to use, please inform us ahead of time so that we can have it available.

Course Of Fire:
This will be the 80 shot NRA across the course match. Shooters will score and pull targets. Shooters choosing not to pull targets must provide a substitute puller. There will be two sighting shots at each stage.

Stage 1: Standing, 20 shots in 20 minutes, at 200 yards.
Stage 2: Sitting, two strings of 10 shots in 60 seconds, at 200 yards.
Stage 3: Prone, two strings of 10 shots in 70 seconds, at 300 yards.
Stage 4: Prone, 20 shots in 20 minutes, at 500 yards.

If a competitor wants to fire the 50 round National Match course of fire, to save ammo, that’s fine. We may change the training matches to focus on particular stages or distance, as several shooters compete in Regional or National matches and would like to get some extra practice. This will be noted ahead of time. The dates are set, just the discipline may change. August will probably be a 3x500.

Sincerely,
Cameron Keating

Hey Everyone,

I will get better at this, the event for today was canceled for the weather. The great thing with Practi-Score is that I could send out an update.

I should add,
Bruce F. is the Match Director, I am just a younger guy helping get the word out.

Hope to see you in San Antonio for "Real" precision rifle shooting in our next competition on March 26th. That's a pun on the Precision Rifle Series, but seriously come on out and have a great time.

Sincerely,
Cameron
