Sako 6ppc and norma 6ppc

Is there a difference between sako 6ppc and norma 6ppc

I believe both are 6mm PPC USA and made to CIP standards (European equivalent of Saami ).

I found that 220 Sako formed to PPC had more capacity than Norma USAPPC. But both hold up the same.
