SAAMI chamber spec question

For 6.5 CM SAAMI spec has min/max chamber dimensions. I assume that is for the go/nogo gauge. Correct?

Also the shoulder degree of 30B. The "B" is for basic. what does Basic mean?

At the bottom of the spec sheet it states "Maximum Material Condition" what does that mean?

MMC is outside diameters and lengths at their largest, and hole diameters at their smallest.

NO-GO gages are typically +.004" not SAAMI maximum
