saami and cip

just wondering whats the difference between saami and cip and how does it apply to my 22-250 because the pressures are totally different could anybody explain in simple terms

Both are the agencies that publish recommended cartridge standards. They do not have the same standards, nor do they measure pressure the same way (though we are slowly catching up with them).

Don't worry about it - you are not a manufacturer of new ammo, so it does not concern you.

As a hand loader, your cases must fit YOUR rifle, and that is all you have to worry about.
