SOLD S&W 28 45 Auto Rim Conversion, 4" + Hard Chrome

S&W Model 28 that was converted to 45 Auto Rim, also shoots 45 ACP with moon clips. 4" barrel, hard chromed (looks stainless), Magna-Ported, and probably the sweetest trigger I've ever seen on a revolver. Package includes 100 pcs new R-P 45 AR brass, 58 reloads that can be pulled apart for the brass, probably 150 pcs of fired AR brass, 18 full moon clips, de-mooning tool. I got this in a trade so I don't know any history on it and I haven't shot it. $950 shipped to your FFL in the CONUS via Priority Mail. Or, I'll consider a trade for a hunting rifle suitable for deer/hogs, not looking for anything in particular so let me know what you have.

Back in the late '60's and early-mid '70's neither love nor money could get you a S&W Model 29. My LGS did conversions. I still have this one's twin. I was cheap and used a junk 1911 barrel to demoon.

Target trigger/hammer? Have any of the wood Magna grips for it (I despise the rubber grips)?

I know it has the target hammer but I don't remember if the trigger is, I would assume it is as the trigger job is amazing but I'm not 100% right now and I'm out of town so I can't check. The rubber grips are the only grips with it.
