S&W 15-22 rebarrel

Does anyone offer this service. Is it a remove and replace type barrel. Any advice greatly appreciated.

The rifle is only worth $400 its a waste of time. How much more accuracy will you get with the cheap trigger and plastic upper/lower?

Check on Rimfire Central . com. They are better at answering questions on 22 caliber weapons. There are some S&W 15-22 sites specializing in after market parts and conversations/modifications.

Rimfirecentral is a great source. Specific to the 15-22 though I would suggest the smith-wesson forums. There is a section dedicated to the 15-22 and the various ways to mod them.

I do not already have the barrel Sir and that's kind of a good call on the cash value of the weapon. I could sell it cheap and buy a new one...

palmetto state armory sells them for $299......pretty sure i'd just go that route.

that is, unless, you're looking to go to an SBR or the like...then just see if redtazdog on arfcom will cut/thread it for you
