S$!t happens...

Been loading a long time. Im always carefull. This is a 17 fireball where a 25gr vmax was acidentally loaded where a 20gr should of been. For the life of me I dont know how this happened. But I pulled the other rounds and sure enough 2 others had 25s in them. I only keep one box out at a time. So, scratching my head and thinking how the hell could this happen a few moments later my wife says hey I found some bullets laying around so I put them back in the box...What can ya do

Well it wont let me load a pic, but it blew the primer and swelled the case enough to enlarge the flash hole

You are right S$!t happens. A friend at a bench rest match picked up vv110 instead of vv133 in a 6ppc and load 5 rounds. When he shot the first one it stuck the case so tight the gun smith had to get it out. Still to this day can not figure out how it got in his reloading box.
What happen to you could never happen to me because my wife would never pick up my bullets.

Every once in a while I do that to myself.. So far I have been lucky and caught it.. Gettin older doesn't help either..
